  WARNING: DO NOT JUST DROP OFF YOUR CAR. Dropped my car off Friday night for what was scheduled as a 930am Saturday appointment. The confirmation texts I received stated that the "tech will send text updates throughout the day". By around 1PM I had received no texts, so decided to call. First, you have to get through the worthless AI assistant who just tells you to go to the website. Then, it goes to a call center, who can only send an email to the location, which they stated they would do. Worthless. At 315, someone called stating that my car would be ready at 445, and that they close at 5, so I have a 15 minute window to pick up my car. No after hours pickup, and not open on Sunday. So, I will either need to sacrifice a 9 year old's soccer game, or go without a car for 2 days. Thanks for keeping us on our toes Safelite CDA!

  Went to replace a window thru insurance. Allstate recommended satellite due to the fact the cost to replace is lower than the deductible. So proceeded with going to the official satellite page to schedule and confirm the cost ( see attached photo ). Once I confirmed the $218 repair I received a phone call to confirm. Now the day of the appointment I get a call when the installer was setting up his day and at the very end of the call he said to confirm $256. I said no that’s not what’s quoted. He said sorry the insurance company doesn’t include the disposal fee. I said… 1) that’s more than my deductible 2) the quote shows Recycle fee included 3) insurance company had nothing to do with this, the quote was directly from “satellite solutions official website” He then rudely replied sorry manger is not going to let me honor this price. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE BY A “REPUTABLE” COMPANY. ITS DISGUSTING AND THEY NEED TO RE-EVALUATE THEIR PROCESS. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS FURTHER WITH SAFELITE. IF SAFELITE WANTS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION REPLY HERE AND ILL CHANGE MY REVIEW IF RESOLVED. BUT AS OF NOW COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AND POST-PONED A TRIP DUE TO THE FACT I HAD TO RESCHEDULE A TRIP THAT WAS PLANNED. SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!! THIS WAS A MARGINAL DIFFERENCE, I DONT THINK THE CONSUMER SHOULD EAT THE DIFFERENCE STRICTLY ON PRINCIPAL.

  Fast, clean, friendly and professional experience. Best glass repair I have ever had. I went from a bad experience from some street garbage in Spokane breaking into my truck to these guys that helped me out with a quick and easy repair. Lesson of the day: avoid Spokane and go to Safelite in CDA to get repairs done.

  Service was quick and convenient. Only complaint was not all the glass was cleaned up from my previous window. Had to sweep my own driveway and dig out a bunch of shards from inside the back window. New window looks and functions great though!

  Incredible work from the team here! We have taken a total of 5 vehichles there over the years and some of them multiple times, and everytime we are taken care of quickly and with great quality! My most recent interaction was with a mobile tech named Alexander. I usually try to bring the vehicle to them, but I couldn't this time around. He drove all the way out here, worked on a difficult vehicle and stayed within the timeline he provided. I came back to a clean truck with a brand new window, like he was never even there! Incredible work sir and we appreciate you!
