When we made the appointment for today's oil change and tire rotation we were told 30 minutes (we planned an hour). We are still here waiting.. over 2 hours and they don't know when it will be done. So we have now missed the appointment we had scheduled (am hour and a half after our scheduled appointment time at Mike White)

A service rep at Mike White named Christian really worked hard for us and finally figured out what was wrong. Equally important was that he explained the issue clearly and completely to us and offered more than one solution. The whole process took considerable time but he only charged us for the one-hour diagnosis fee. Big thanks to him and his team. I'll definitely come back to Mike White for future repairs.
