  Called Mike White Ford 4-29-26 to schedule to have a recall completed on my Ford F550 6.7 Diesel 34ft RV. I talked with "Lucy" in service- and told her exactly what I have and I needed a to have a recall completed-I ask to speak to an advisor and she put me on hold and then came back and said "there are 17 larger vehicles ahead of you and we can only accommodate 2 at once on the property" I said ok what does that mean? She suggested it would be "next year sometime" and I said you mean 2027 and she said "yes" and I ask if it would be mid or late 2027 and could it go into 2028 just to see what she said and to my surprise she said "yes even into 2028" I honestly thought she was joking but she was definitely not. I ask to please have an advisor call me and she assured me that Kevin or Adam would return my call- unfortunately that NEVER happened!! I sat here thinking does it really take them 1-2 years to process 17 larger vehicles? its almost comical to think they operate this way. I have called Ford Motor Co. to report my findings and they were even shocked.

  I recently bought my first truck here, a Maverick Lariat, after having issues with my previous vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I specifically asked for salesman Bobby Boyd, who I remembered helping me a few months ago when I was initially browsing trucks. He is fantastic! He made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable while I looked at different options, and he made sure I was well-informed and confident in my choice. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He also made the experience fun with his sense of humor, which really helped ease my stress. Graham and the rest of the staff were also incredibly funny, polite, welcoming, and easy to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my Maverick (which I named Finnick btw 😌), and I would absolutely recommend Mike White Ford. If you go, ask for Bobby Boyd! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I called Mike White Ford to help my mom with a 2012 Toyota Highlander she was interested in. I ended up speaking with Brad, the sales manager, and let him know I work in sales at Dave Smith Motors—which hasn’t always been received well at other dealerships. Brad was nothing but professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the start. He invited my mom to come in and ask for him directly. When my parents arrived, he introduced them to Ethan, who walked them through the vehicle and made the whole process easy and comfortable. They truly rolled out the red carpet. Even when my parents planned to use their own financing—and their bank didn’t book the vehicle correctly—the team stepped in, got them approved, beat their rate, and made everything seamless. I also want to mention I reached out to Gary Bower first, who was dealing with a medical issue at the time and still took the time to call me the next day to make sure my mom was taken care of. That level of commitment says everything about this team. As someone in the business, I take pride in how I treat my customers. It means a lot to know I can confidently send people to Mike White Ford when I can’t help them myself. 10/10 recommend.

  This review is as much for Curly as it is for mike white ford. My new 2025 bronco turned out very interesting as it was still under hold for a recall update and changes I wanted done to it. All said and done things worked out very well. Now to the sales staff and mainly to Curly, 5 stars doesn't justify him, 100 STARS would much better. Past experience with him is why I requested him only to do the transaction. Threw all the recall and changes I wanted Cury stayed with me with every phone call to him. The day I picked it up there was a bit of a hang up with the roof change and it looked like I would have to weight another day. About 4 PM Curly called and said the bronco was ready to go and he was personably bring it to my house WOW. Curly is way more than a sales man, he becomes a personal friend to me and I bet the same is with everyone who deals with him
