  I had a windshield chip repaired as a walk-in customer at the Safelite location in Coeur d’Alene, ID (on W Dalton Ave), and the whole experience was excellent. I didn’t have an appointment, but they took me right away—no long wait, which was a huge plus on a busy day. The technician did a great job on the repair; the chip is completely sealed and barely noticeable now. They explained everything clearly, and the work was done quickly and professionally. I also added the windshield surface protectant for a very reasonable extra fee—it seemed like a smart add-on for protection against future chips and easier cleaning, and I’m glad I went for it. Friendly staff, fast service, and quality results. Highly recommend this Safelite shop if you’re in the CDA area and need glass work done! Thanks for the great service!
