A service rep at Mike White named Christian really worked hard for us and finally figured out what was wrong. Equally important was that he explained the issue clearly and completely to us and offered more than one solution. The whole process took considerable time but he only charged us for the one-hour diagnosis fee. Big thanks to him and his team. I'll definitely come back to Mike White for future repairs.
