Excellent experience purchasing our vehicle at this dealership. The dealership is well stocked with vehicle. I live out of state but was in town on a business trip. I went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle in anticipation of a family member purchasing a similar vehicle in my own state. After working with Jonathan, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable, I decided to purchase a vehicle. The dealership worked with to provide shipping to my home state and gave me a fair price for the vehicle. Jonathan also spent 20 minutes showing me how all of the bells and whistles worked on the vehicle. I highly recommend Mike White Ford for anyone in the market for a Ford vehicle.

Kevin was the perfect salesman. He was kind and easy to work with being that I found the car I NEEDED 503 miles away from my home! We handled everything long distance and Tyler in finance was able to match my current loan rate and get me bumper to bumper coverage for a very reasonable price. When we got to town after our long drive we went right to the dealership, Kevin met us and the process was easy and quick (less than 30 minutes!!!). The car is wonderful and was clean and Full of gas! Thank you again Kevin I hope I have this car for a very long time but if I need something down the line, we will definitely consider driving back that direction to work with you again!
We had an awesome experience buying our new Bronco! Damon was helpful, never pushy, and so easy to work with that we kept waiting for the catch, but nope he stayed solid the whole time.
We ended up chatting like old friends, swapping stories about our older kids and his younger, reminiscing about the toddler years, and giving him a little preview of what he has to look forward to with teenage antics. He shared his love of dogs, and honestly, that alone should qualify him for Employee of the Month!
If every salesman were like Damon, we’d probably have a whole fleet of vehicles by now. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our Expedition and Bronco!
This is our second vehicle purchase from Mike White Ford. The dealership is great from people like Damon in sales and the entire team in the service department too.
Would highly recommend!

There are many Joes in this world. Most are perfectly average, blending into the background with other regular Joes. Only a select few rise to the legendary ranks of icons like Joe Montana, Sloppy Joe, and even Joe Momma.
But Joe Ruedy? He stands among the Titans of Joes.
This man stuck with me as I changed my mind 48 times on whether I was actually going to buy a truck. I even threatened him with buying a Chevy 🤢 And even though he was probably screaming into the void every time he got a text from me, he always replied with saint-level patience.
Eventually, Joe found me the perfect truck and gave me a deal that even an average Joe couldn’t refuse.
Then he and Dan “THE MAN” Savage teamed up like Jordan and Pippen, well...more like Shrek and Donkey… to get the job done.
Thank you both — and the whole Mike White crew for another amazing experience!

I have a 2012 Lincoln that has been through hell and back, but it has always been an easy car to own because it has taken so little to keep it running well. I know it isn't much to anyone else, but it means a lot to me, and I have always felt like Mike White Ford has taken good care of my car and appreciated my business... until today.
Today I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and bumper-to-bumper check (The Works) as well as a requested inspection and repair estimate for my oxygen sensor. Admittedly, I was three minutes late to my appointment, but I was immediately greeted and checked in, and my car was promptly driven to the back for what I assumed would be quick service. I had been warned that the whole process could take up to three hours, which I thought was excessive, but I came prepared with a book and said I would wait in the showroom. I took a seat by the window—in full view of the service advisors—and then I waited... and waited... and waited some more. After four hours I sent a text message asking for an update. That message went unanswered. After another hour I went directly to the service center to ask about my car. I was handed off to Tom, who then fiddled around on his computer for a while before saying he had gotten my text message but hadn't gotten around to responding to it. Then he disappeared for another ten minutes to check on my car. When Tom returned, he asked me to go back to the showroom and that he would come give me news when he had any to share. In other words, MY VEHICLE HADN'T EVEN BEEN SERVICED YET. After returning to the showroom I got online to find a cheap sensor replacement because I assumed at that point that I was about to be bamboozled. I assumed correctly because Tom showed up after another 20 minutes to let me know that the sensor replacement and its "necessary" software update would cost $527, but hey, he said he would waive the $100 inspection fee as a favor to me. Needless to say, I declined. If it took over five hours just to find out I needed a replacement, then how long would the actual replacement take? Another six hours? Even longer? No, thanks.
When I asked what took so long Tom was only too happy to throw his tech (James) under the bus by saying he had fallen behind. Five hours behind, Tom? No one offered to step in and help him? No one bothered to give me a single status update until I asked for one? No one even offered an apology for wasting my time or for keeping me in the dark and out of the loop. I didn't simply fall through the cracks. I sat by the showroom window in plain sight of the service advisors for five hours. No one approached me or offered to check on my vehicle for me. So many customers came and went while I waited for you to acknowledge that I was still there.
I get that I'm just a nobody who requested a service that offers little or no profit to your business. I get that my beat up little Lincoln isn't worth much to you and that it doesn't have that much life left in it, but it's still worth a great deal to me, and I want to get as much enjoyment out of it before the day comes when I'll have to replace it. Needless to say, after today's experience I will not be making that inevitable purchase with Mike White Ford of Coeur d'Alene.
My appointment today was a missed opportunity to bolster your reputation with quick, high-quality service. You fumbled the ball, and now your competition will have the opportunity to earn my business, my respect, and most importantly, my TIME.
