  Had a great experience this passed week at Mike White Ford. Was greeted the first day by Ryan who was attentive providing me with answers to all my questions. There was no pushing, no pressure, no annoying salesman behavior when I didn’t make a decision that day. I needed a little time to figure out my next steps. We came back in a couple of days, met with Ryan who again didn’t push, didn’t pressure. This not being my this first rodeo, knowing how these things usually work he listened to my concerns doing his best to help us get to where we wanted to be. The process was easy and stress free and he stayed there through the entire process. There were three days total we met with Ryan, before the purchase, the day of the purchase, and after the purchase and each day was a great experience. Ryan is great guy, easy to communicate with, honest, great personality, attentive, knowledge of the process and the vehicle we were interested in and some we weren’t! (Inside joke!). He should be running the joint!!! The only thing I will say about any car dealer is after all these years, you would think that they would be able to get the buying process or leasing process down to a minimum of maybe two hours rather than the entire day. With the time that it takes to make a sale, get it through finance and deliver the vehicle the sales people are lucky if they can make two sales a day. Overall great experience.

  We had the BEST experience at Mike White Ford in CDA! From start to finish, everything felt easy, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable — which says a lot when buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our salesman, Bobby Boyd, was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. He truly listened to what we needed, answered every question thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and excited about our decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. We are lucky to work with the Mike White Ford family! The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. We left feeling valued, respected, and so happy with our purchase. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I cannot recommend Mike White Ford enough — and definitely ask for Bobby Boyd!   I would like to commend the following individuals for their assistance and going above and beyond in assisting my husband and I with our purchase of a 2026 F250 SD. Ryan Ortmann was friendly, professional, and his follow through was top notch! Jon Carey was also very helpful in assisting us in locating our online build. Ryan Mooneyham, out of the Sandpoint/Ponderay location was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time assisting us to insure we were getting exactly what we wanted! Thank you all, we look forward to a smooth delivery of our new truck!

  My wife and I have been wanting to upgrade our family car for awhile now! We went online to the Mike white ford website and found something in our price range! We were hesitant because it was a few years older than our current family car, but decided we might as well look at it just in case. we came in and Joe Ruedy and Bobby Boyd helped us out. The vehicle we wanted to look at was at the standpoint location but they didn’t hesitate getting it down to cda so we could see it! Too keep a long story short, thanks to Joe and Bobby staying late and helping us out we finally upgraded to a 2018 Ford Explorer that we and the kids absolutely love! 10/10 experience!

  My wife and I had a great experience with Gary Bower at Mike White Ford. We were looking for the right car for her, and Gary made everything simple and enjoyable. He listened to what she wanted, showed us different options without any pressure, and helped us find the perfect fit. Gary’s patience and honest style really stood out. Once she decided on a car, the entire buying process took about two hours from start to finish, and never once did we feel rushed. He made sure my wife felt comfortable with every step and gave us all the time we needed to make the right choice. And for the record, anyone who can stay that calm and friendly while running on a steady diet of Nutty Buddy’s deserves an extra star.
