I recently purchased yet another vehicle from this dealership, and while I wasn’t initially happy with the deal, the way their team handled it truly went above and beyond. Joe Ruedy went out of his way to help and advocate for me—even though he was off that weekend. He didn’t hesitate to step in personally and make sure things were made right, which meant a lot.
Briley worked absolute wonders with the financing and made the numbers come together, and Graham was exceptional in getting me into exactly what I really wanted.

Great service! We knew what wanted and we knew it was gonna be a challenge to get it. We walked in, met with Sean and he was amazing. He was very well acquainted with the inventory and found us the perfect suv and had it driven over from Sandpoint that same evening. We test drove it the next day and bought it. We couldn’t be happier. There was no pushy sales tactics, great communication and extremely he was very accommodating. In fact everyone we dealt with was great. We will definitely be getting back in touch with Sean and Mike White Ford for our next vehicle. I highly recommend

Horrible dealership! They should not be trusted on any level. Chelsea White, at the top of the shady employees, lied and promised to reimburse a hotel stay out of stay when our 2025 F150 broke down after driving it 1000 miles. She never did what she promised she would do and now just doesnt answer the phone. Nate, in order to prevent fixing the truck properly, lied about what was found and refused to repair it properly. Mike White has had multiple messages and emails sent and I was assured he would return my calls but like the rest of the shady people working there, never has. I have recorded calls where they have not only promised, and lied, to reimburse us as well as the nonsense (and impossible) account of what was found wrong with my truck. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Ford will be getting all of the calls and texts showing the dishonest nature of this company.

I had an amazing experience working with Josh Start and Mike in finance. Truly the kind of customer service that is rare these days…because I’m also in the sales industry, I really notice when people go above and beyond, and these two absolutely did.
Josh and Mike were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest, and their guidance was genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand my family’s needs and were willing to make a deal that actually made sense for me - so much so that I ended up purchasing a less expensive vehicle than the one I originally came in to test drive, based on their recommendation. That kind of integrity says everything.
They answered every question and when they didn’t immediately know the answer, they did the research and followed up - which made me feel valued and important, not just like another sale. On top of that, they were personable, no pressure, and made the whole process super fun and stress-free.

‘Twas the night before the night before Christmas…and Dan Savage was waiting for the perfect customer (Me).
The dealership was decked out for Christmas with a red Mustang center stage; the fashion police were already (thankfully) on holiday as the “Unfortunate Christmas Sweater Day” was at hand. I explained to Dan that I needed something more substantial than a red Mustang – I needed a white sleigh with a bow on it (Santa always puts bows on sleighs).
Dan was a stellar showman – helping me to select the perfect F-150 for a test drive. We discovered that we shared a common history: my husband and I had been stationed in Yuma (Semper Fi) and Dan was also there during the same time frame. He answered all of my questions, and we had the same miraculous sense of humor (very important for someone who wants to sell sleighs). Dan asked me all the right questions to ensure that I was selecting the best vehicle for my needs.
The decision was made! Dan went above and beyond – with some gift ideas for my Marine (yes, Dan, I got the Zero Tolerance one that you suggested!).
And of course, he wouldn’t let me leave until he put a bow on my new Lariat:
