  Used to come here all the time, using the same card. 3 times now I've come in heading back to Spokane and their machines won't accept that card anymore. They say it's not just mine but all day these cards haven't been accepted. It's been a week. Get it fixed, I won't be back in anymore. Kind of disappointed, loved the breakfast burritos and a couple employees were great to interact with

  Got charged 100$, only needed 12$ worth of gas. Was assured I’d receive my money back, never got a refund. And never got my money back, don’t trust them to help when they ruin your week.

  Edit: this happened on sunday. Called monday. It is now Thursday still money has not been refurned to bank. Was quated up to 3 days it should've already. A family member of mine came in for gas at the gas pump 11 and he got $12 of gas but it charged his account $100. He went in and the worker he spoke with said to call customer service. It was a weekend so they closed. Called gas station spoke with a manager was told maverik on ramsey will charge to make sure that there is enough money in the account and refund it back within a few hours. It did not get refunded and was pulled out of the account. Called customer service Monday and basically was told sorry out of luck money will be back to your account in 1-5 business days. Um what? It shouldnt have been out of the account in the first place which made them short on rent and no money in acct. Soo thx maverik you need to fix that cause that isnt okay or acceptable. Now we wait for money hoping in time for rent is due. It shouldnt charge anymore except what is owed. Idk what system you use but this has never happened to the maverik by the jail. Manager said this is an issue and has happened to others including him. If he is short on rent due to your system being this way this will be not okay and we will expect something out of it. Very upset over this right now. Not okay at all. Thanks for such a bad experience and all trust lost in your system. I also do not want a generic reply saying to contact customer service 🙄 like no thanks we did was no help.

  The place is a great place, I love coming here. But shawn needs to be more nicer to his employees. Seeing him yell aggressively at one of his coworkers to move out of his way isn't okay. I get bad days, but I've worked this kind of job and heck, any jobs you need to keep your personal issues at home. And other times coming in, I've only seen him talk to customers so long, even when there is a line building. It doesn't make the place look great when one worker isn't working very much at all

  I love this Maverik. Burritos, pizza, fountain drinks, icees and all the normal convenience store fare. The burritos are actually really good though. Steak, chicken, bacon, sausage & bean and queso. Yum.
