The insurance company set me up with them, I dropped it off and they called the rental company to pick me up. I received a text update every Tuesday and Thursday from someone actually in the shop looking at my car. When I picked it up, they'd not only done a beautiful job repairing my doors and panels, but the car had been washed, the floor mats and wheels cleaned, and a few other details seen to. Getting in an accident is never a great experience, but I feel totally taken care of by Gerber in CDA. Thank you!

Our vehicle has been sitting there for five weeks and we still haven’t been able to move forward with repairs. It took them forever just to get a quote done, and once that was finally completed, they stopped responding to our insurance company altogether. To make matters worse, they’ve failed to provide two simple photos needed to move things along — something that should take five minutes. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating, and every interaction we’ve had with the staff has been met with rudeness and zero accountability. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly overwhelmed. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere that respects your time and knows how to handle basic customer service.
