The insurance company set me up with them, I dropped it off and they called the rental company to pick me up. I received a text update every Tuesday and Thursday from someone actually in the shop looking at my car. When I picked it up, they'd not only done a beautiful job repairing my doors and panels, but the car had been washed, the floor mats and wheels cleaned, and a few other details seen to. Getting in an accident is never a great experience, but I feel totally taken care of by Gerber in CDA. Thank you!

I’ve called them several times and they never answer the phone so you then get directed to the automated national call center. This is my 4th time in two weeks left on hold on the automated system for over 15 minutes before it hangs up and then directs you to voicemail. Terrible system and a waste of time. The only way to get scheduled is to actually go to the shop in person. As for the service itself i’ll update if I ever get scheduled…

A young man sideswipe my vehicle and took it out of commission for a. Gerber collision and glass not only did the work and got my vehicle backup to the quality it was before but then when the other gentleman's insurance thought it should be done sooner Gerber stepped up and made sure my rental was covered un full. I highly recommend them to anybody looking to get their vehicle repaired.
