They have on more than one occasion waisted our time, they ask all the questions when booking the appointment except the important ones I guess. It’s funny because both times they have tried to blame Subaru but in both instances Subaru actually ended up doing the repairs in their service department that the Safelite manager said they couldn’t do.

Thursday came and I got a call saying my appoint was cancelled. so the next appointment was Saturday and I said alright, I'll try one more time. Saturday came, the guys that replaced my Window on my Cadillac were great, friendly and the whole thing took less then an hour. That was last Saturday. So far I'm very pleased.
