  I payed cash for gas and forgot to get my change. I didn't realize it for hours later. When I came in I showed my receipt to Amber. She spent over 20 minutes trying to figure it out. She couldn't, so she told me to call the manager, Dusty, in the morning. I went out of town, but when I called, he said I could come in and get my change. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service!

  Kaitlyn... I'm not a big social media guy, but there are times when it's merited. I heard Maverick had breakfast pizzas; I haven't one in like 20 years. I went to work about a half hour early to order. After some initial confusion, I could get one here but had to wait about 15 minutes. No biggie, that's why I left for work early. Well... the pizza didn't turn out right. Instead of just pawning it off to me, getting a bad review most likely from someone else, she countered with a different alternative breakfast choice for my small team, which suited them more in hindsight. She was apologetic & offered further food compensation for my now 30+ minute wait. I would have none of it, as sometimes days go like this. I'm very patient & tolerant of life circumstances. To management, this could have gone the wrong way with another customer. Kaitlyn represented the company very well with her professionalism. Happy Thanksgiving! I'll be back for a coffee at least & a breakfast pizza sometime in the future. You're right down the road.

  This is my favorite location — always great vibes, especially in the mornings and on Thursday nights. I came in today and saw a customer treating the cashiers terribly, and the staff handled it with incredible professionalism. My Red Bull was exactly what I needed to kick off a great day, but honestly, Caitilin’s (I believe is her name) exceptional attitude is why I come to this location. She stayed calm, respectful, and patient the whole time, more than that customer was deserving. Her positively contagious attitude, and problem-solving are outstanding every time I visit, and she’s truly improved this location as a whole with such an amazing team! Thanks a lot sincerely, a regular and dedicated customer!

  I live in Nampa , however the store only 1 mile away from me has horrible , rude staff with No customer service skills. So , I drive to calwell store on caldwell at 4923 caldwell blvd. The staff there is awesome, always friendly and helpful Especially a lady named Luz and another young Hispanic girl who works the front register. Luz is amazing and I'd rather drive further that see the negative people in the Nampa store.
