I went for an alignment and they claimed they were only able to align part of my vehicle, although a different shop was successfully able to align the entire thing. The employee helping us also told us that the valve stem caps were seized on but we were able to remove them ourselves with our hands in the parking lot. They also broke the gas pedal and did not offer to do anything about that. Overall, there was a lack of service and accountability.

I was really hoping that Gills Point could diagnose and do the repair. Daniel at Gills Point has expertise with Land Rovers, BMWs, etc. Bottom line—he and Rex and the team at Gills Point in Caldwell did an excellent job saving me from having to take the Rover to the dealer in Boise. Like someone previously said—there should be a ten point review.
