  Stopped in a few days ago for fluids for a truck. First, the young guy at the counter tried to usher me over to the self- check out, instead of just ringing me up at the computer that I walked up to originally while he had seemly nothing to do, followed by the manager interrupted my conversation with the employee who was originally helping me when I said I don't want to use the self checkout, he then rang me up and the manager began to argue about weather or not my number was needed to be entered for their rewards system and he continued to go back and forth with me, maybe 6ft older Hispanic dude with glasses, this is not the first time I have dealt with him and last time it was just as bad, dude acted like I haven't been shopping at AutoZone for over a decade

  In regards to Caldwell idaho store 4/7/26. Horrible service guy was arrogant sarcastic and no help whatsoever never go there again went to O'Reilly great helpful service.

  This place is always clean, the staff are always friendly, at least this has been my experiance with every visit. They don't try to brush me off, no matter how tired they are or how small my inquiries may be. From microfiber towels to major purchases, they've treated me with respect and dignity and focus. I never feel intimidated when I come here and they never hesitate to educate me in areas of automotive knowledge where I fall short. I've been to many autozone facilities, and I like this one the best.

  Came to store for friend ran his debit card it said error so I ran my card and it charged both of us and now they don’t want to refund other one of us I feel “GOT”
