    Let me start out with the fact that this dealership can afford tampons in the women's room but supposedly doesn't have a tire machine? But can pull tires off a rim but can't mount them? It'd be safe to say any work done from this lot hasn't had a proper look over or alignment and tire issues. Drove 10 hours round trip for a vehicle that ended up being infested with dog hair, scratched up back of the seats and chewed up back buckle cracked windshield, broken tail light, quarter tank of gas, and damaged transfer case. Not impressed with whoever the manger is, didn't seem to know how to actually run proper numbers. And just adding extra warranties and anti theft stuff without asking? I ran the numbers myself to ensure they were correct but he didn't seem to care. Have some integrity when trying to sell family vehicles is all I have to say. Also offered used tires of different degrees of wear for us to have to pay a local shop to get dismounted and mounted on the truck before making a 6 hour drive home because I noted the bald tires on the truck. Not impressed, disappointed, and extremely angry.

    Such a wonderful experience!!!! No pressure at all. Braxton was amazing. Answered every single one of my questions. When i needed to leave and come back they worked with me all the way till the end!!! My husband did there service and the guys made it such A welcoming place

    I purchased a truck from Goode Ford in January 2026. After 2 weeks of ownership a check engine light came on. I left messages with my sales rep, Jake, and spoke with him once and was told he would check with his manager to get this handled. In the meantime I took the truck into Lithia Ford in Idaho Falls and they found the sunroof was broken, the transmission was shifting rough, and a new exhaust sensor had been wired wrong and was shorting out. They fixed it for me so I could continue driving the truck, but now I have to pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Then I finally heard back from the sales manager, Joe, saying they were sending a person with a rental truck to me and then would make the fixes on the truck. I gave him the contact info for service tech I was working with at Lithia so he could get the detailed report. The service tech at Lithia Ford never heard from Goode Ford. I had the truck at Lithia Ford for 4 days and another 14 days in the shop at Goode Ford. I started speaking with Tyson in the service department on the status of the truck a week after they took my truck back. He went through the problems Joe had told him, but failed to tell Tyson about the sun roof issue, because they never reached out to Lithia Ford to get a list of the issues. Tyson let me know he didn't know about the sunroof and he'd have to take a look and potentially order a part. Well, it was broken and he did have to order the part which should have been ordered from when they initially got the truck. I told Tyson how frustrated I am since the I've owned it for 5 weeks its been in the shop for 3 weeks. He said he'd talk with Joe about extending the Blue Certified Ford an extra month because of this. I never heard back from Tyson. Finally, I got my truck back with an empty tank even though I returned their truck with a full tank of gas. Then I noticed two rock chips in the windshield that weren't there when I gave them the keys to the truck. Also, the to accordian rubber looking gaskets that go in the sunroof to cover up the interior track were never put back and were in my back cab. Lastly, the center console has an aluminum/metal trim that is now really dented up and pulling away from the console. I then called Joe, the general sales manager, back with these issues. He said they would send me a check for the fuel, get the rock chip fixed and they'll pay for it, and he'll have Tyson, the service manager, call me about the center console trim and the sunroof gasket. Well it's been two more weeks and no check, no calls from Goode and no resolution. I would be very cautious about buying a vehicle from Goode Motor Ford. I can not recommend them.
