  Thank you for outstanding Customer Service! These days, I find myself complaining more often, or dealing with the system that "expects me to pay more (tips)" for less service...so when you get treated right I have to tell the story! I've been using this service for more than 10 years and have been generally happy with their work, but this time their team went above and beyond. We had a recent experience where something was discovered after a change at one of their locations. While there was some debate over whether the damage could have been caused by their team, in the end Michael and the leadership team at Valvoline made the important decision to value the customer and stand up for their services. This is EXACTLY the kind of treatment we all want that builds faith in services we pay for. It is what you should be looking for in a company you do business with. Thank you to Michael and the entire Valvoline team. Your commitment to stand up for your services will bring me back as a loyal customer!

  The team over at the Apple St location were extraordinarily kind and helpful. The whole process, from when I arrived to when I left, was no more than 10 minutes. I didn't feel rushed at all, the team was very respectful, even asking me if I had any plans for the weekend. Incredible team over there;experiences like that are why I exclusively go to Valvoline for routine car services.

  Great experience! Short line of cars had me in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change. Crew is friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and is my new go to oil change location.

  Super quick, and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. This has been my experience with Valvoline across 3 different locations in Boise--all of my interactions have been wonderful, and I always leave ready to sing the praises of this company. Thank you!

  I rarely give 5 stars. I feel there's always room to improve. That being said, the staff here are always knowledgeable, courteous and don't push. I've been a customer at this location for several years and while the staff may change the service always above par. I'd also like to mention, while I was getting an oil change and coolant flush today, I watched the staff interact with 3 customers in the other bay. All 3 had some interaction that showed this staff is knowledgeable and honest. The one that really stands out was an elderly lady. I didn't catch all the details, except the staff explained to her that she'd only gone 154 miles since her last oil change. I've seen some places that would've taken advantage of her without a second thought. This place made sure her interval was reset, explained some things to her and wished her a pleasant day. For me, honesty goes a long way! Great job, fellas! I'll keep coming back!
