  Went to fix a flat tire, had amazing customer service with very friendly and knowledgeable workers. Was very quick and efficient as-well, highly recommend coming here over any other place! Caleb was very kind, helpful, and provided amazing customer service!

  I would have given 5 stars but... so before i get to that. over all good prices and service and I will go back. However a little lesson in communication is needed. Do I want to add an oil change for $53 after I booked my suburban in for tire stuff. Sure. Great price. This actually ended up being an additional $80 on top because my suv uses more oil and takes synthetic. Yep I know that and can accept that. Its not my first oil change. BUT, a 53 oil changed was offered after I booked in my vehicle. This was blamed on "the call center" which I agree sounded like a call center.. Still that is not my problem to figure out, and a simple call to say, hey we can NOT do it for this price would you like to continue , which I would of understood and said yes, DID NOT HAPPEN. NO ONE likes to be told one price and then charged another with out a conversation first. Now I get we have a bunch of employees, some younger, running a lot of stuff, who aren't always the best in figuring out customer service responses. This is a manager or owner problem situation. Like I said, Ill go back they were good otherwise but that deserved to be noted.
