  This place is truly wonderful! The guys that work there are so kind and helpful. They explained things to me very thoroughly and helped me get my car into perfect shape! They were also very fast! I am so glad I went here for my tires and alignment, will absolutely be back again.

  Work was done well. However the workers seemed a bit put out dealing with receiving tires and tps from Amazon.

  Called them and spoke to Brad last minute on a Sunday while I was heading up through Boise to northern Idaho with a wheel bearing that was going out. Not only did Brad get me in last minute, he also didn’t charge a diagnostic fee. It turned out the repair required special machinery and his technician who handles that type of work was out for a few days. Since he knew I was in a time crunch, he even took time out of his day to call other shops himself to see if anyone could take care of it. I ended up needing to go to another shop for timing reasons, but if I lived in Boise they would have a customer for life in me. No upselling, no pressure, no trying to push unnecessary work, just honest help and clear communication. One of the most helpful, honest, and kind shops I’ve dealt with. If you do live in Boise unlike me, do yourself a favor and make this your one stop shop for all your car needs. Thanks Brad for all your help!

  Excellent customer service. Took extra time to figure out the problem and fix it rather than rushing me out. Will always use them in the future
