- MPMisty PetersMar 31, 20262.0After the second pass through the car wash, as there was still some bird stuff hanging on (@ $18+ option), my vehicle was fairly clean. Nice and shiny! I’m okay with that. What I am NOT OKAY with is the car wash attendant helping himself to a $5 tip on my gift card, without asking me! I have always had attendants ask if I would like to include a gratuity…and I do add that! This guy intentionally took the card out of my sight, to another terminal, helped himself to an hefty tip, and thought I would not notice that the transaction total was much higher than I had authorized?! I called him out on it (after my second run through the car wash, so I could settle down…grr!) did not demand that the $ be returned, and he still couldn’t even pretend to apologize to me. Or thank me? I guess he is entitled to take what he wants from the customer?? Management: A training opportunity in business ethics and professional practice for employees!

Said they would review the footage, they would not show me the footage and denied they did the damage. 10 years of my business, just threw it all away over $350 dollars. Just not a good business plan in my opinion. I would have saved the relationship and continued to take my money for the next 10 years. Lost all of my families memberships over such a small mistake. I used to love this place. Guess you just never know how much you really matter to a business. You’re just a number.
