I came all the way in after already having an appointment and was told they couldn’t get me in and asked if I could come back in a couple hours. I had to reschedule the day and even on that appointment they were running behind. I could have done an oil change on the side of the road in half the time it took them. They also rotated my tires in an incorrect way since my vehicle is AWD. Unprofessional and wouldn’t trust them for bigger jobs. Groupon was cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. People were nice.

Went there with a tire that was leaking at the bead. Insead tof looking at it the person behind the counter asked what kind of car it was from. After I told him it was a Cadillac he told me it's because of the chrome plating on the aluminum flaking and I needed all new rims. Went to Big-O. Turns out the bead had been punctured by a nail that bent when the tire went flat. My rims were fine. Would never go there again. Was a much bettter and cleaner place when Bruneel owned it.

I bought a classic car that needed quite a bit of work before I felt good driving it back to SLC. Keith, Marcos, Mike and their team really went above and beyond to make sure everything got done on a tight schedule and I made it back without a tow truck!

First let me say a few things. I would give these guys Zero stars if I could. I have to say that these guys did a great job as far as the oil change itself. The problem here lies with the ineptitude of the Manager Carlos. I came in for a 2 o’clock appointment. Carlos asked me why I came in and I said I was in for an oil change. Everything seemed to be going well until I got up to pay. I had purchased a Groupon for the oil change and emailed it to him. So I thought everything was good. Well, he couldn’t find the email and we both tried to get it to work off my phone. Finally I said “Ok. I’ll just put it on my credit card and I’ll use the Groupon later”. Carlos handed me a bill for $92. I was shocked. He said that my car only took full synthetic oil and that’s why it was so high. When I told him that I didn’t know that it only took Full synthetic he told me that whoever I bought the car from should have told me that. I’ve bought a few cars in my day and no one has ever told me what oil I need to use. Never. He could have at least told me that my car only took full synthetic. The moral of this story is that Point S Tires (Fairview Location) and Carlos ripped me off for at least $35. Like I said, the service was great but the end result, not so much. I’m sure it goes without saying that I’ll never be back to this Point S Tires location. First let me say a few things. I would give these guys Zero stars if I could. This was my 1st time using this business for an oil change. Service and staff was normal/friendly but what I appreciated most is that the price quoted was out the door and they did not try and upsell any unnecessary services. At 2 other companies, when I went to pay the price was higher than quoted for add ons like disposal fees etc. So I gave Gills 5 stars for doing exactly what I requested, and having the price (which was a competitive rate,) not include added fees after the service and not trying to sell me things I didnt need. Common decency is underrated rated these days. Thank ypu. Kevin
