- TPTatiana Pennucci2 days ago5.0Excellent car we rented the lady at the sign up counter could use some assistance on her lack of skills and the way she’s treats your out of state customers but the gal in the lot where you return the car was as cute as a button very friendly and very nice she was a hoot I’d definitely recommend this company and they were so quick to return our deposit not like California ones

After returning a truck, Kendra accused me of causing a scratch that was already there when I picked it up. Because it wasn’t documented in their system, she immediately tried to hold me responsible and told me I’d liable for it. That’s not acceptable. As a frequent customer, I expect a fair and reasonable process, not to be blamed for pre-existing damage just because of poor documentation on their end. This felt like a “guilty until proven innocent” situation. I’ll be rethinking where I rent going forward.
