On my prior visit, they defaulted to oil evacuation (a vacuum hose that sucks oil through the dipstick tube) instead of dropping drain plug and letting gravity pull oil out to the bottom of the oil pan. This is not pursuant to the book or best practices for oils changes in most cars, but certainly not my car. The oil pan is typically designed to allow for gravity to get the heavier and more contaminated oil out. Also, some cars may have magnetic oil pan plugs that need cleaning. Blindly stabbing a vacuum needle in to the oil pan is not improvement, just laziness. If they cut corners here, where else are they also cutting corners? I cannot trust their philosophy, much less my cars to this business. Sure it saves them time, but it risks your vehicle long term. Just drop the plug and use a new washer as we have done for decades. Also, they didn't advise that they were doing when I first came. They started and I had to interrupt them and refuse a non-standard "oil change". I recommend finding a different place. My opinion based on my several visits here.

The staff was friendly and I liked that I could use a coupon I found online. Also appreciate supporting our local Broncos!
