Yesterday, we took our vehicle to a different oil servicer, and the technician dropped the filter, spilling oil all over the engine. He did a poor job cleaning up, and left the skid plate a mess. This morning, there was oil on my garage floor. Took the vehicle to Valvoline to check for leaks. They checked everything thoroughly and even cleaned the skid plate. I will never go anywhere else again!
