My husband went to go check the oil to find out The cap was barely even on that whoever changed our oil at Valvoline did not tighten our oil cap which caused issues in our truck. We had gotten a hold of somebody at Valvoline. They treated it like it was no big deal, filled up our oil and refunded our oil change. My truck was still giving me problems so I had to take it to my mechanic where $300 later the oil pressure sensor had to be replaced. Due to the carelessness of their employees, we had to pay money out of our pocket to fix Their screw ups.
