    Huge shoutout to Tully and the team at the Valvoline on State Street in Boise. After getting my oil changed, I noticed an oil leak a few days later and brought my car back in. Tully, the assistant manager, and his crew were incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. They took the time to go through everything, fixed the issue, and didn’t charge me a thing. Stuff happens, but the way they handled it really shows they care about their customers. I felt taken care of and would absolutely recommend this location.

    I moved here a year ago and have only used this location. After my first experience (which was fabulous!) I decided this was the place for me. First of all and most important to me-the staff is always genuinely friendly & they communicate well with one another. Secondly-they are always pretty expeditious which is also extremely important to me with my busy schedule. Hours of access are also great as I commute to Mountain Home every day for work and can only do weekdays after 6pm & Saturdays or Sundays. Thank you!
