I didn't feel ignored and when they answered my questions, They didn't talk to me like explaining something to a child. Isaiah was very kind and efficient. Hazel took good care of my tires, coolant, washer fluid and oil without spilling anything. And the tech Paul underneath my car did a special request with my oil when i requested to make sure my oil wasn't metallic (due to my personal engine concerns) and checked my rear differential, Alleviating my diff and engine internal concerns. 10/10 i recommend visiting later in the evening so you catch these star employees.
