Stuff happens. They sent me a calendar schedule for the next agreed upon date and time, 8 am. Sent me a reminder the day prior to my appointment, for 8 am. I show up at the shop at 8am. No one there. I called and left a message. Shop hours say 8am posted on the door. Website says 8am. Verified all communication to make sure I was here for the correct date. I should have left when no one showed up. I decided to wait. Lady shows up at 9am. I explained my frustration. Her response to me was, yeah we don’t open until 9am. She wouldn’t even look at me. Kept looking away and busying herself with other things. I said everything that is posted, my text messages confirming my appointment , and the website says 8am. “Yeah, we open at 9 a m.” Not the best response when you didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment. I was getting a visor strip on my new truck today. I didn’t have the time to leave it for the full tint job . I was going to schedule it for later this month. In spite of the quality work they do, I think I’ll take the rest of my tint job somewhere else. Maybe they will be a little more considerate of my time and show up for the scheduled appointment. Or at the very least, acknowledge their screw up and apologize for wasting my time. If you don’t open until 9 am. Change your posted hours of operation and don’t schedule appointments at 8 am. Update: Owner called to apologize for the mistake. Took 100% responsibility for his staff and error with the scheduling. I appreciate that. He obviously cares about his business. They do great work. Thanks Dan. See you in a month or so to get the rest of my truck done!
