The representative confirmed the move to tomorrow, but before I could even reply to voice my frustration or discuss the inconvenience, she disconnected the chat and dumped me back into the chatbot loop. It is a "double bind" service model: they use automation to avoid accountability, and when you finally reach a person, they shut down the conversation. I prioritize integrity and keeping one's word; Safelite failed on both counts today. Truly disappointing.
