  Windshield replaced in a timely manner. Service techs who arrived at my home were kind and pleasant. Seemed to do a good job. It was easy to schedule on line. Seemed very comparable to other glass repair companies in this area. I do have 1 complaint about the process though. I scheduled service based on the advertised price and the coupon I had. When I got to check out there was a new fee added in there that wasn’t part of the up front price (at least not readily visible to me). That $40 fee was a surprise. I called the shop scheduled to do it and the manager spoke with me in a way that didn’t encourage me to want to do business with them when I asked about that fee showing up. I asked if I could keep my windshield and he said no. Funny enough, when the tech arrived I told him I was bummed about not being able to keep my windshield and he said he would just call the office and have them update my price. He told me they had done that for others. When he called the office and requested that he was then told no. So glass replacement seems like it is same quality as any other but the perceived rudeness of the manager and then the oh by the way here is an extra $40 fee leave me unsatisfied with the experience as a whole.

  Absolutely unsatisfactory installation of my windshield for my new 70,000 F-150! I could have done a better job then these two idiots the At came to my house! Do not trust them! And then the shop manager wants to just get rid of me with the cheapest quickest fix another sign they are not professional players and are just out to take your money of which cost me and my insurance company more then 1,000 to completely flush my investment down the drain! One rain storm ruined my truck! Do not trust Safelite!

  I used Safelite website, put my vehicle information in, and set an appointment. I received an email after the fact that they don't replace windshields before a certain year but their website says otherwise. Complete waste of time. Update your website. I went with a different local glass company.

  Had a windshield replaced in one of my vehicles at my home. The whole process was completed without any issues. The technician (Jack) called in the morning and gave a two window of when he would be at the house (it was a four hour window when the appointment was made). He arrived at the beginning of the window and completed the replacement ahead of the estimated replacement time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave detailed instructions regarding the post installation requirements. I would definitely recommend Safelite for any auto glass replacement.
