  A little over a year ago we had repair work done on one of our cars at Roger's Northside Garage. A couple of issues recently came up related to that work, and Ruben got our car in quickly, they diagnosed and repaired the issues, and did it all under warranty of the original work. To be clear, there was no issue with the quality of the original work as, due to no fault of theirs, a part failed. I believe that this is a business that operates with integrity and concern for providing quality service to its customers. I will use them in the future and do recommend them highly.

  I can’t say enough good things about Ruben and his team. They do good work, they’re super transparent, and so far all the repairs they’ve done for me were completed same day. They not only address whatever problem you brought it in for, but they do a full bumper-to-bumper inspection. The software they use for that is really cool. I got a link texted to me that contained the whole inspection report with pics/videos of anything and everything that they thought required immediate attention or could possibly require attention down the road, along the price of each action item. On each of the quoted items you simply click accept or deny, and within a matter of minutes, they are moving forward with whichever repairs you authorized. It was such a fast, efficient, and transparent way of quoting out suggested repairs for me. And I love the peace of mind of knowing that they had looked over every aspect of my car. The one time there was some follow up work needed on one of their repairs, they got me right in and took care of it, free of charge.

  I recently had work done at Rogers’ as a first-time customer. I was treated as if I were a longtime customer and a great friend. My Tahoe had a number of issues, some very complicated. The work was done well in a timely manner. Ruben kept me posted throughput the process. Ruben couldn’t have been more helpful I am definitely a satisfied customer and shall return

  Very thorough. Professional. Great explanations. I recently bought an old truck that was going to need A LOT of work. They were great at giving the truck a complete inspection and helped me prioritize the "must do" repairs vs what could wait. Super smooth communication via phone and/or email. I have was pleasantly surprised by the level of detail they performed to do the job "right", labor rate was very reasonable. Will definitely return in the future and would refer any friends.
