My disclaimer is DO NOT rent the Hino 16 ft liftgate truck if you need to move large appliances or tool boxes or similar. The angle of the liftgate is terrible and actually dangerous. I'm sure it's fine for furniture and other low center of gravity items but NOT refrigerators, vending machines or tool boxes. Upgrade to the bigger truck.
