- KKKatye KillebtewOct 15, 20251.0I would like to let you know that this rental experience was not great...we've been loyal enterprise members and have ALWAYS had the best service and experience... this time however, the car was unacceptable (service lights coming on constantly with interruption in our navigation system etc) We wanted to switch the car out in Las Vegas but couldn't get anyone to help us without going to the airport and waiting for a very long time even though there was a location right next door at Caesars Palace they wouldn’t accommodate us and switch it from there. We were on a family trip and couldn't take that kind of time out of our itinerary. When I called the Boise office where we rented the couldn't help but offered a discount. I definitely want a discount for having to deal with this car that never should've been rented out in the shape it was in. I would suggest that you have it serviced before putting someone else through all that. Please advise.
