I called to cancel membership a d get a refund and the lady wouldn't give me a refund and said I got my money's worth out of it even though I never once got a decent car wash and white spots were left all over my car every single time. I will never come here again. Terrible customer service too. I kept calling and no one would return my calls then made the excuse they are never in the office. Very rude too.
