The workers are rude and ignore you. There are many other reasons but those are the top. I will be going out of my way to go to a different convenient store from now on. Completely disgusted at the lack of customer service at this location. It’s the morning crew. There is one nice girl in the AM but I have only seen her once or twice.

Very disappointed and genuinely confused on the customer service at this location. I went in at around 11:30pm on June 4th to buy a couple lottery tickets with a couple friends for some fun. Sandy scanned my lottery tickets, I handed my ID (without her having to ask) and she had an issue with me right off the bat. The card reader prompted me to tap, instert or swipe. I’ve never bought a lottery ticket before and didn’t understand you could not tap or use a credit card. I first tried tapping, then inserted my credit card and she yelled and talked down on me. I then explained I didn’t know that I couldn’t use my credit card and inserted my debit card instead. Through all three of these transactions she was raising her voice at me to instert my pin and stop taking my card out. I tried to explain that it never asked for my pin and I removed my card because it prompted me to do so. She then told me she will do the transaction one last time and if I can’t get it right, she’s putting them back. The entire time I was telling her “you got it” “I’m sorry” and at the end said “have a good night.” Never once was I met with the same respect or any level of customer service. I’ve never been one to leave a bad review but this experience was so abnormal that I had to bring it to managements attention.

To Paul at this store. I have been in this store each day and have never been anything but kind to to you. Tonight while you were busy, you made a mistake and grabbed the wrong smokes. I did not notice until after the sale. In knowing it was cheaper for me to refund and get the correct ones, I still tried to just get the correct ones and lose the 50cents. I am appalled that not only did I actually do that but that I was treated like a thief when the second swipe of my card did not go through. To blame me for your error, treat me as a thief, and claim that I was wrong is a joke and you should be ashamed of yourself. Thank you for everything you do.
