Their breakfast burritos used to be good. Where's the egg? So, so, so dry.

Went in to buy nicotine vape pods. Forgot my ID expired. I’m 49. Grey hair. A few wrinkles. Clerk couldn’t sell to me because ID was expired. I am flattered at the ridiculous idea that I somehow look at all close to 21, but the stupidity of the whole thing is more than my brain can handle. Law says it is illegal to sell to a minor under any circumstances, but I couldn’t find anything about selling to someone over 21 without checking ID. It appears to be Maverick policy. We should prevent minors from getting nicotine, but we should not be teaching people to stop thinking. Not thinking is the absolute most irritating thing to me. I’m so overwhelmingly annoyed at how dumb the whole interaction was that I don’t see myself going back into a Maverick any time soon. Losing my business won’t hurt their bottom line, and this rant won’t stop anyone else from going there, so this is just a pointless exercise in venting into the ether. And what is the deal with them always wearing gloves????? How dirty is your store that the employees are always wearing latex gloves?? Probably another Maverick policy, but if the policy is meant to provide some kind of confidence or comfort regarding sanitation, it does the exact opposite for me.

Whatever male worker working on October 11th at 6:30pm was extremely Rude! Called asking what Octane their ethanol free was. Answered with "I dont have that information" when inquired further he said "im with a customer is that all you need if so bye" and with extreme attitude. Well whatever Octane it is you can Keep it. I stop at Maverick every single morning and at lunch otw to work! Ive now switched to Sinclair, Maverick and their rude customer service can keep their gas, and everything else they sell! Ill spend my $300+/mo somewhere else!
