I didn’t feel pressured by upsells but yet was offered services needed and wasn’t treated as if I was an idiot for not getting certain things addressed right then. I’ve always taken my truck to the dealership for services but I feel comfortable now taking it here. Great people and service. They should all get raises.

I liked the signature service they offered because it was fast, less than $50, they did everything including washing the windows and vacuuming the car. Not so anymore. I had a 50% off coupon to bring my total to just over $50, no window cleaning, no vacuuming. I was told my coolant was low but that isn’t included. Cost extra to top off that fluid now. I arrived at 4:05. Drove away at 4:55. Not fast. I see ads for competitors offering far better deals. I need to pick one and go there. Jiffy Lube is not it anymore. All the reasons I went here are gone.
