First when my device was installed the rep used the device "showing how to use it" and then just handed it to me like it was totally normal to use the same now soggy mouthpeice she just used and breathe it deaply into my own lungs. Then they raised their rates for the recalibration to more than 4 times what it was and blamed intoxalock for the increase when intoxaloc blames them. I was not impressed to say the least. Back to intoxalock the company looking for a different service center could not be more difficult of the 5 places I checked from their list only 2 were still actually operating and affiliated with intoxaloc at all. the other 3 were upset that intoxaloc was still using their info because they hadn't worked with them for years.
