- JHJack HawkinsMar 29, 20245.0The initial discussion was great along with getting the appointment set up. Once I attended the appointment the information I was given was not the same. Instead of an appointment 1-2 hours the shop said it would be 2-3 hours. Additionally the cost was to be $150 but instead it was $200. After I placed this review I was called by a supervisor and we straightened the mess out. I was credited back the difference plus some for pain and suffering. I really appreciate the call back and handling of the issue. I think there will be some training involved to help the company through other issues. Thanks
