Both Fred and John spent time telling me about the brands, expected life of the tire, and had my service done quickly and efficiently. My car drives so much better now, it's incredible! Today my truck got dropped off at 11:30 with a request for oil change. After no call, I went over at 5:40 and the truck hadn’t been worked on and no one called to update me. I guess they assumed I could go without a vehicle for another day? Maybe wouldn’t have been so maddening except for the exact same thing happened a month ago for the same thing. What does a girl have to do to get the oil changed? The new to me manager said he’s to blame. And offered me 50% off the oil change I need. No thanks. Bring back the other managers and I’ll return. He said he’ll have his boss Monte give me a call…. I hope he can at least follow through with that.
