  The whole process was really quick and simple. The guy who rented to us was really nice and professional and answered all of our questions. We were able to rent the truck we needed last minute no problem and it was a very reasonable price. You do have to use a credit card for incidentals until you drop off and then they can switch payment to a debit card. We had a $200 deposit for incidentals or overage on miles. The deposit is returned no problem if there is no damage or mileage overage. I was also able to use my Montana drivers license to rent from their Boise location. The guy who set us up with our rental took pics of the outside of the truck to document any pre-existing damage. I wish he would have taken pics of the inside too as the inside had slight damage from use(we were NOT charged for that damage though). We went over in miles and wasnt charged an absurd amount either. Overall was the best experience we've ever had renting. We were in and out with our rental in 10 minutes and drop of was even quicker. They do have a drop box to drop the rentals off before and after hours as well.
