He called specifically to ask if they take debit cards and was told yes. He flew from Colorado to Boise, arriving at 10am. They told him they didn’t accept debit cards because he’s out of state. My daughter doesn’t have a credit card. I had to drive from Ontario with my daughter to Boise to use my credit card and add them as drivers. By the time they were able to get the rental van, it was 12:30. On top of that, the rental was more expensive than what it was originally. Make your policies more clear or accept debit cards regardless of where people live.

I walked straight down to baggage where the Enterprise counter was, spoke to a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and made everything easy to understand. It took less than 5 minutes to pay and get my keys and I even got a free upgrade. I then walked right out the door to the parking lot and my car was right there. I needed to extend my rental due to the government shutdown cancelling my flight. The company had texted me a message in the beginning to reach out to them for anything I needed. I called the number and within 5 minutes was able to get my time extended and a receipt emailed to me! I would definitely recommend this company for car rentals!

I always rent from Enterprise but the Boise location is the WORSE customer service location. NEVER again!!!!!!! Pure nightmare!!!!!!

We called ahead to make sure they were still open and when we showed up to pick up our vehicle they were gone. The other reps said they left knowing our flight was the last one. Thankfully there were other agencies that were kind and got us a vehicle. Never book with enterprise go with budget or Avis.
