    My husband rented a vehicle from the Twin Falls location and returned it the next day to this location in Boise in October. When he picked up the rental, the employee in Twin Falls said he had documented all scratches and damages to the vehicle. Fast forward to the middle of December when we recieved a claim that there was damage to the vehicle (not visible in their pixelated photos btw). They have charged us for damages not done by us. I would not be surprised at all if they incentivize their employees to "find damages". ALWAYS take before and after pictures/videos and rent a vehicle, that was our mistake. Rent from anywhere else but this location. Unfortunate because I have always had excellent experiences with Enterprise.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Center. This location seems to have a pattern of blaming customers for damage they claim they “couldn’t see” prior to return. After I returned the vehicle, I was already given a receipt showing the check-in was complete, yet shortly after my card was charged $500 for alleged damage. I requested photos of the vehicle prior to us taking it before my card was charged as the attendant who called me admittedly said the damage was difficult to see, and those photos were never provided until after the charge had already gone through. While the woman I spoke with on the phone was kind-spoken, she made no effort to work with me toward a resolution and repeatedly defaulted to policy rather than fairness or transparency. Being polite does not make the situation right. This experience felt deceptive and unethical. I was charged without proper proof or opportunity to dispute, and it ultimately feels like I was scammed out of $500. I would strongly caution others to document everything in detail and think twice before renting from this location.

    I have always had a very easy experience renting from Enterprise. I tested out almost every other rental car company (multiple times with as much as I travel globaly), and almost every time I have had to either jump through hoops, or I ran into a hassle of some type. But every time that I have rented from Enterprise, the experience has always been smooth, hassle free, and friendly (so thank you to the company hiring amazing employees). I only wish that Enterprise partnered with more accessible airlines, so that I would not be tempted by "Miles/Points" to rent elsewhere.

    I always rent from Enterprise and my experience is usually top notch. I wish that they would do a better job of recognizing their faithful customers. I’m a Platinum level member and I’ve never had anyone say thanks or try to help me apply upgrade certificates. My hotel and airline do a great job of acknowledging my repeat business.

    I had the most positive experience that Boise airport Enterprise car rental this month. The gentleman at the counter went out of his way to make sure that I got a really nice car within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it all went. I would definitely use them again.
