Very polite and attentive when I arrived. I sat in my car for the visit. The manager answered my question about fully syntheic oil being available. One employee washed my windows and filled my tires, which was very nice and he was also very sweet about it considering I felt as if he was being belittled for being a new employee by the manager. The oil change was a bit chaotic, multiple people assisting, including one lady who constantly sounded like she was unsure of what to do because I could hear her saying she needed help, so that was a bit worrisome. She also seemed like she was the front desk lady based om her attire, so I wasn't sure why she was helping. The guy underneath my car was trying to check my differential fluid and was yanking so hard that my car was rocking. I should've hollered at him to stop if something was seized, but I remained quiet for the 3 minutes that continued until the manager advised him to stop. It made me feel like he was too rough on my car and I worried about the state of my plug and whether he stripped that or not. I did check underneath my vehicle afterwards to ensure there were no leaks. Side note: I'm all for good fun, but another employee brought out a watergun and was fiddling with it (I thought it was an actual gun and wanted to desperately leave since he was being very wrekcless with it!). Once he used it as a squirt gun, I calmed down, but I was deeply terrified of it being a real gun and accidentally going off. Oil change took 20 minutes or so, I had a coupon and asked for the $10 off, come to find out I didn't get the discount and was fully charged. It was over $100 for a really nutty experience, if you ask me. I will not go back again, personally. I typically have done oil changes on my vehicle, so I know the process, and I'll probably just go back to doing them on my own after this experience.

Went to get my oil changed and I have a skid plate on my car so they had to remove it. I was aware that one of the screw was a little weird but they cross threaded one and didn't tighten it all the way which is good I guess, and then they just didn't put one back and in all reality they stripped the thread and weren't able to put it back.

Frequently Asked Questions About Jiffy Lube

How much does an oil change cost at Jiffy Lube?

You can receive a personalized oil change quote from your local Jiffy Lube service center by visiting MyJiffyLube at https://jiffylube.com/get-an-estimate/get-started. This is the best way to get a quote because the cost of an oil change will vary based on your vehicle’s manufacturer recommendations for oil type and your vehicle’s engine oil capacity. Each Jiffy Lube service center is also independently owned and operated, and retail prices for products and services are determined at the local store level. You can also call your local store if you have additional questions.

How long does an oil change take at Jiffy Lube?

An oil change at Jiffy Lube could take 15 minutes or less, that's from the time we start your service, and the hood of your vehicle goes up, to when we've completed the service, and the hood goes down! Jiffy Lube pioneered the quick lube industry, and we are geared to handle oil changes for all types of vehicles. We also know that finding the time to get your car serviced is tough, so if you decide to complete a few of your other vehicle needs while visiting us, like a new cabin or engine air filter, tire rotation, or new windshield wipers, this could add additional time to your service. Finally, wait times can vary depending on the time of your visit and location of your service
