He not once offered any alternatives or possible solutions to the discrepancies at hand. A friend had told me that he clerk there was not very nice, but "not very nice" is an understatement.

We had trouble getting a hold of the corporate office, so we stopped in the nearest office for help. They didn't have a car for us but the gal inside was incredibly nice, understanding and gave us recommendations on where to go. That's never happened to me in 26 years of driving so I was pretty rattled. Her kindness went a long way and we wanted to make sure she got a shout out. Thank you!!
