  This is absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to. They are not giving enough of the tri color wash products. The blower shuts off about a minute too soon. The owner knows about this but nothing has changed. Super nice people, but apparently they just don't give a shit about the car wash ripping people off. My car is never even very dirty and it still doesn't come clean with the $14.00 wash at this place. I frequent a couple other touch free car washes, one in Coeurd'Alene and one in Post Falls, and they both get my car completely clean for $12.00

  I came here because my dealership takes hours just for a simple oil change, and I’m so glad I made the switch. The team here is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They work quickly without cutting corners. On top of that, they even caught a leak in my car that my warranty covered. huge bonus! Great customer service and efficient work every time. Highly recommend!

  Great service!! Very polite and friendly interaction. I really like the fact that they provide more service options than just oil changes. I've been going to Valvoline for years, but I am changing over to Grease Monkey from now on!! Thank you guys 😊

  I honestly didn’t expect an oil change to turn into such a great experience, but all I can say is WOW. From the moment I called ahead to ask about pricing, I was impressed—the front counter lady, Kaylee was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. She answered all my questions clearly, didn’t make me feel rushed, and made the whole process feel easy before I even walked through the door. When I arrived, everything continued just as smoothly—fast, efficient, and super professional. I was greeted literally the second I pulled up! My technician, Mariah, went way above and beyond—not just getting the job done, but actually explaining the recommended services that were due based off of my mileage. She made sure that I was the one making the choice and didn’t make me feel like she was just trying to upsell me. On top of that, I couldn’t help but notice she was working absolute circles around the guys in the shop—moving with confidence, efficiency, and clearly knowing exactly what she was doing. You can tell she really cares about her work and about customers feeling informed, not just rushed through. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with genuine customer care like that. The owner should be seriously proud of the team he has—this kind of service is hard to come by these days. Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be going anywhere else!

  Man I have to say, Butch and his team went above and beyond! Under time sensitive circumstances I came to find out that they offered mount and balance. He opened his doors early and got to work on our rig immediately. Did a dismount/mount/balance. Although it took a bit longer due to training which is completely understandable, they did things proper. They did not impact the lug nuts on and they actually hand torqued! You never see that anymore and I have had more blown out and cracked lug nuts from these big tire stores from rattling them on with impacts! Although we had a small issue with a tpms sensor being left in the tire which caused an unbalanced wheel, he took the car back in immediately even being 10 minutes till closing and rebalanced all four. Mistakes get made occasionally, it's how that mistake is addressed and these guys did a phenomenal job fixing the issue. Super professional and courteous! I'll definitely go back without question. Thanks Butch and crew!
