Hailey answered the phone, and instead of just giving me a time estimate, she offered to personally come pick up my vehicle, take it in for the oil change, and bring it back to me so I wouldn’t have to leave my husband at all. I was honestly speechless. I can’t believe people like this even exist anymore in today’s world. I hope Grease Monkey truly understands what kind of person Hailey is—she is the type of employee any business should be proud to have and keep for a very long time. Her kindness meant more than she will ever know.
