I live about 20 minutes away so that initial contact put me at ease about giving them a try. The day I took my car in she was just as helpful and professional about getting me taken care of. I like the convenience of the nearby restaurants and shopping. So I had lunch nearby and about an hour later got a call from Hailey that I was all set to go. The cost of the service was right about what she estimated when I first called and the time in and out worked out perfectly. I know it can vary as they don't take appointments for this sort of thing. I'm very happy with the whole experience and will be back soon for an oil change... and lunch.
