I understand that things happen. However, one too many mistakes means I won’t recommend this company. I was trying to keep up with regular maintenance with my (new to me) van. They bent the valve while replacing it and had to put in a new motor. They took responsibility and replaced the motor. What was supposed to be a one day job became over a week. We were told it was ready, but had to take the van back an hour later because the ac wasn’t blowing cold air, and a part underneath was hanging down. They had it for another day. They tell my husband it’s ready and he goes there and it’s still not ready. I called and tried to get a refund for the original quote of changing the timing belt that we paid for. I ultimately didn’t get the refund even though I was offered a few things for the future. If you want to waste your time, energy and patience, go here. If not, I’m sure there’s better places who will gladly take your money and do a better job.

Took my pickup truck here to have a brush guard installed.
They did install the guard, however in doing so they caused a lot of damage to the plastic surrounding it.
I asked them to remedy the issue and they were going to melt it back together, which would not work well considering there were pieces missing.
I talked to Chevy, and it is around $2,000 to replace the part. When I mentioned this to them they gave me a 30% refund, and refused to do anything more.
I will not be back, which is a shame as it is so close to my house.
I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward timing belt and water pump replacement—something that was quoted as a 4–6 hour job. Instead, this turned into a week-long ordeal that caused way more problems than it solved.
During the repair, they ended up damaging the engine (I was told the valves were ruined), which led to them installing a used junkyard engine. That alone is a huge escalation from the original job I authorized.
After over a week, I was told everything was fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, the AC was no longer working, and there were plastic interior panels left loose and hanging. It was obvious the car was not properly reassembled or checked before being returned to me.
On top of that, I had to come back multiple times to address issues that should have been caught before they gave the car back. It also seems like the steering is off now as well which was not the case before.
What should have been a simple maintenance job turned into a stressful, time-consuming experience with questionable workmanship and poor quality control. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I highly recommend Ron's Point S. I've been a customer of their Holms store for years and am excited the new store opened up closer to me. They were juat as friendly as I've come to expect and got me an amazing deal on the Nokian tires I'vebeen looking at for the last year. I love these tires! They ride soo nice. The new store is very nice as well. I recommend either store. They'll take great care of you!
These guys get things done and don’t mess around. Great pricing and great experience.
