Mike at the front desk was really nice and they actually got me a price a little lower than they quoted. I asked for a tune up, which from my experience includes checking all the fluids, hoses, battery, belts, pcv, spark plugs, etc. My check engine light was on when I brought it in so I really hoped they would find out why. I told them I knew it was on and explained that I had taken it to the dealership to get it checked out and that they (Wally’s) could look into it. When I got my car back, my receipt showed that all they did was change the spark plugs. Check engine light was still on. I called back and asked Mike if all they do for tunes up is replace the spark plugs. He said yeah. I asked if they had checked anything else. He said, nothing else was noticed while they were replacing the spark plugs. I asked about the check engine light he said that since I mentioned that I knew it was there that they didn’t really look into it. That I could come back and have em run a test on it later for free. I mean…just do it while you’re already checking everything right? The engine is only like 3-5 years old since I had it replaced by a Hyundai warranty. I feel like I’m being generous giving 3 stars. Mostly just because I’ve had good experiences with them before and they were pretty nice and fast. Just not thorough. Kinda bummed. $400 down the drain.

They were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend! I broke a spark plug and did everything I could to get it out but it was hopeless. A friend told me about them so I called them and they got me in very quickly and did an amazing job plus they offered the best price by far!

Came in for an oil change. Very quick and professional. Average pricing but customer service is what counts. They didn't disappoint.

The ABSOLUTE worse mechanic experience I’ve ever had I went in for a water pump replacement. The sales rep said there was absolutely no leaks. So I drive my car home and realize there’s a power steering leak so I add my own power steering fluid and top off my coolant (because the coolant wasn’t topped off either) and I take it back to get a quote on the power steering leak that just emerged when I received the car back. The sales rep (Jack) said that they will take care of the leak and the hose that’s leaking is only 5-10 dollars . With that in mind I left the car there for them to work on it. Then it turned into a constant phone tag between me and jack. Then finally when my car is ready I go to pick it up and he hands me a 600$ invoice FOR A HOSE never have I ever even seen a hose cost exactly 100$ and 488$ for labor . On top of all of this the leak wasn’t even fixed. I work at a place where people discuss cars ALL the time. Never will I EVER recommend Wally’s shop to anybody. From now on I’m going to do ALL of my own work. 2300$ later and I still have a leak on my vehicle which was supposed to be fixed. Never have I ever seen such incompetence from a mechanics shop. Also I will never be doing business here ever again. Its mechanic shops like these that give all good shops a bad name. Also in the pictures I included, it says on their invoice that they would vacuum the vehicle as well as wash the windows. They also threw my window off the tracks so now it doesn’t roll up or down . So yes there’s a picture of their fabulous vacuum and window cleaning job as well as the leak that I paid 600$ to fix

Terrible customer service. I was treated like dog water when I got my car detailed and it was still dirty and when I went back to ask why I was ignored. I wish I could give zero stars. The owner was also a jerk. Do better as a business and maybe learn how to treat customers never recommending this place nor coming back.
