  Rory was awesome and took great care of me. Explained everything throughly. Something I really appreciate it calling customers by name. When leaving, ALL the team said my name and had their own “have a nice day, see you again”. That’s customer service! Been going there for a few years now. Always have good service but this was at the top of the list!

  Been using this store for my fleet and personal vehicles for 15 years. I counted 42 visits and not once was anything done incorrectly. I have a brand new lifted truck and when rotating my tires they used proper tooling to not damage my new rims. I will continue to use this store and recommend them to anyone interested in oil changes and tire rotations.

  I find it interesting that these guys can talk your ear off, about all of the services that they recommend you have done. Yet despite the fact that they stand under your car while changing the oil, they somehow don't notice an insane amount of metal dripping out of your oil pan. I had my oil changed on a Wednesday, and Thursday the engine blew up on my way to the Mayo Clinic. Per the dealership that has had my car for going on four weeks now, there was a LOT of metal in the oil pan. Had these guys been paying attention and told me, I wouldn't have tried to drive my car to the Mayo Clinic the following day. And my car was bought with 58k miles, and blew up at 64k miles - so no it wasn't due to me neglecting maintenance, nor was it an old junker. I have used Valvoline for 11 years - specifically this location every time. Due to their failure to notice a major safety issue (this isn't the first, but the most catastrophic) despite standing under my car, and the unprofessional behavior of the staff - I will not ever go to another Valvoline location again.

  Great service! Explained options to me. Checked my lights/blinkers and told me my wipers were good and my battery shouldn’t be dying yet so I should go back to my dealer since I’ve only had the car less than a year - Thank you!

  Appreciate the fast friendly service. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes to get in. My brake light has been periodically coming on and Matt said my brake fluid was getting low, but recommended I get my brake pads checked out first before refilling the brake fluid. I appreciate the advice and recommendations. Good job guys! 👍
