He was told by staff he needed new wiper blades and cabin air filter at the time of his oil change in a 7 month old vehicle. He trusted the staff at this shop to provide a quality and honest service and agreed to the service incurring any unnecessary bill. This company is obviously only interested in bilking money from their customers for unnecessary work. WARNING- DO NOT trust this dishonest company for any service. If this is how they treat customers the quality of the service and if the service has actually been completed is questionable.

No service was completed on my car without discussing it with me first and offering me the option to accept or decline additional services. My tires were properly filled, lights and blinkers were checked also. I opted for things I knew were needed or that I couldn't recall the last time that I had updated or replaced the item. Overall, great service and a new customer was earned! THANK YOU Mark and team!!
