They started telling me about other services they would "recommend" but when I tried to tell them that I only wanted an oil change, the guy told me that it's mandatory that he keep going because he will get in trouble if he doesn't do it. He said that his manager got after him for not doing it. Then, they tried to scare me into an upgraded oil saying that I would be back in two weeks for another oil change if I didn't get the more expensive oil. First off, if a customer says no, then it should be left at that. Full stop. Second, scare tactics are really not okay in my book. Just because I'm a girl, that doesn't mean I don't know about cars. Shame on you for that! I will never go back to this company for any reason solely for their sales tactics. Not cool!

Joe was super friendly and helpful, especially with helping remove a rat nest hidden in my cabin air filter. It is always a pleasure coming to this location, and I plan to come back soon for a battery replacement. Great team!
