It was still dirty and dusty like it didn’t even get washed. I didn’t pay for the car was I had a free months pass but coming from a smaller town with no problems at there much cheaper car wash I expected this one to be amazing. But I won’t be continuing after this free months pass is up.

I hope you fix this parts soon to keep your good quality. The top vertical strips get drop down on the SUV BACK SIDE ON THE BACK WIPERS which could get it damaged. I like Tommy club and I using it since it came to west Demoines. Thanks to you all.
- SSSankeerthOct 29, 20255.0Truly awesome place. I know what’s to get so excited about car wash… but this place is different. Been there so many times and I always had great experience. Car wash is effective. You could have your mats washed. Their Halloween experience is over the top. I don’t want to reveal a lot about terror tunnel but when it is on .. I would say don’t miss it for the experience. It’s a horror fun is all I would say. Highly recommend this place and must try if you haven’t already been there.
- KEKristin ElliottOct 24, 20255.0Love Tommy’s! Been a wash member for a couple years now. Car always looks super clean and love the vacuum bays and mat washing station for extra cleaning. And the Halloween wash is the absolute best!!! My only “complaint” (and I use that term VERY lightly) is my last cars rear wiper blade got damaged from the dryers. Sometimes they’ll put the little protector bag on it, sometimes they don’t. We asked how we can get one put on and the employee told us to just wait before pulling into the wash and someone will come out and put it on. But the times we’ve done that nobody comes out and we don’t want to be rude and hold up the cars behind us. Is there a different way we can request getting a protector or is there a hand signal to use or something? Otherwise everything is always 10/10!
