  You are charging $0.30/ gallon more than your competitors. I know you are supposed to run gas comps in between shift, so there is literally no excuse. Awfully greedy at this location. Shame on you

  Offensively loud advertisements play while you use these gas pumps. I get my gas elsewhere now because of it.

  Nothing ever works here. Every time I come in here the creamer is always empty the whipped cream is always empty you're just giving away all your coffee business to Dunkin Donuts next door

  While shopping, I observed a noticeable difference in the way one of your employees interacted with customers. She was exceptionally polite and friendly when assisting a white male customer. However, when attending to a Black male customer, her demeanor changed significantly—she became rude and dismissive. The customer was simply requesting that she recheck his rewards points, as he believed more should have been deducted from his total. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee grew increasingly impatient and spoke to him in a disrespectful manner. It was also apparent that she was struggling with the register, despite her claim of knowing how to operate it. The employee in question was a slim Black woman with silver-colored hair. Based on this experience, I strongly believe she would benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that the store maintains a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

  Customer service is the SLOWEST of any Kum&Go I've ever been to. I live just down the road and can say that the customer service is consistently slow every time I'm in there.
