I called and asked if that’s something they can help pay as they’re the ones who caused the lock out- which is $80 to fix and the lady who answered the phone was unprofessional- did not have anything nice to say and advised me it was my fault and that’s something they don’t do. I advised they did blow in it as they had to in order to start car- and the guy I gave my keys to specifically asked for a new mouth piece so they could blow in it. Again great service done to my car but they refused to help fix the issue they caused ( the lock out) and the lady tried telling me it’s something they don’t do which in fact they do. I requested to speak to a manager and she got back on the line - said thank you and hung up. Mind you they charged me $109 just to fill my coolant and tighten a bolt that was leaking.
